Important dates:

• 07rd of November: Prorogation of the final call for the abstract (in english).
  
• 17th of November: Congress at the European Doctoral College.

Oral communications:

The duration of oral presentations (in english) will be 10 minutes each (followed by 5 minutes questions after every presentation). The audience would also consist of non-specialist members and hence presenters are encouraged to have a sufficient introduction part and to define the jargons in order  to make your presentation comprehendible for the whole audience.

Posters:

Same goes for the poster makers - we recommend you to vulgarise the poster (in english) and also to write a little bit about yourself: studies, career, competences, motivations, your projects and so on ... It should be roughly 1/4 of the poster size.

We insist on the vulgarisation of both oral presentations and posters!
